Clayton William Neilson (1935-2017)
Peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday June 22, 2017 in his 82nd year. Loving husband of Jean (née Clark). Loving father of Cindi (David) Delcorde and Curt (Tracey). Proud grandfather of Cole (Theresa), Adam, Matthew, Brooke (Phil), Spencer and Elizabeth. Doting great-grandfather of Casper and Zoey. Dear brother of Bert, Barrie and Edith. Predeceased by siblings, Loretta, Roy, Mary, and Billie. He will be fondly remember by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Clay retired from the I.U.E.C Local 96, and was a former member of the RCAF. Friends may attend a visitation at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean on Tuesday June 27 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p,.m. to 9 p.m. A memorial service will take place in the chapel on Wednesday June 29th at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Maple Grove Cemetery. For those wishing, in lieu of flowers donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
